GDPR Policy and Privacy

When you visit the Salon, you will be asked to complete a “Client Record Sheet”, this is the same document as all Clients have completed in the past. This Yellow Card, asks for a lot of personal information. This information is required to comply with our Client Insurance Requirements, and is required so that treatments can be carried out, this card will be up-dated as necessary by our Therapist. Without this information, we cannot treat our Clients.

We only use the gathered data, e.g. Address, Email and Phone numbers to contact you as a Client, usually to confirm your appointment records, or advise you of possible future treatments or Offers, etc.
